The Boom Management and Analytics portal gives one easy to use portal across the complete Boom range of services, including access to the full suite of analytics and reporting functionality.
The Portal provides access to business communications through an easy to use online portal, once an authorised user logs in from any device, they can take control of their telecom’s environment. Add and remove users, manage hunt groups, voicemails and welcome messages whilst monitoring usage and recorded calls, enabling businesses to manage their telecom requirements with the touch of a button.
One of the key benefits of the Management and Analytical Portal is the single view portal. All the Boom services functionality and management is all presented in one place – one view. The view is the same depending on what hierarchy you are looking at. There is Platform Partner, Reseller and End customer view – regardless of which level of hierarchy you are viewing the portal – the look and feel of the navigation on the desktop and PBX is the same, however the presented functionality may change due to users’ profile and authorisation.
This is especially effective when supporting end users – who see the same screen at every level – making the portal a universal platform. Every level from Platform Partner, Reseller and Customer can be branded accordingly as the Boom platform and services are a pure white labelled offering.
The Portal dashboard provides a high-level summary of resellers and customers, including all hosted, SIP Trunks, Extensions, Inbound, IVR and Voicemail services all in one place. All numbers associated with each account can be accessed, and provides a single snapshot of what customers have, what analytical information they have set up on their account and what mobiles services are set up.
The portal also includes information on active and historical calls, and all the relevant information relating to each call. Each of the accounts or calls can be reported on, providing relevant information and statistics on total calls, answered calls, unanswered calls, total by period – which can be defined in the search function of the graphs reporting page.
Another key feature is the ability to play any recorded messages through the call details screen which also includes the ability to identify any exceptions from premium rate calls through to any lengthy internal calls.
The Portal also includes the ability to create simple and effective wall board with live statistical updates and have a wall board for each hunt group.
Rich Feature Set
The following are the key analytical features of the Boom Management and Analytics Portal;
- Dashboard summary: (calls answered, unanswered, engaged) and the ability to search for calls/recordings over a selected time frame and the ability to listen to any recorded calls (subject to user access rights)
- Call Logs: Shows live ongoing calls plus call history and the ability to search for records and obtain reports based on a range of parameters including telephone number, call direction, group, duration etc.
- System Alerts: Allows users to receive reports based on in flight calls to Premium rate numbers or calls that are long in duration.
- Wall Board View – Site-wide: Gives the user a graphical companywide overview covering all groups of total calls, answered calls, missed calls, new callers, inbound calls, inbound talk time, outbound calls, outbound talk time, average talk time, ongoing calls and SMS received.
- Wall Board View – Group selection: Gives the user a graphical group overview of total calls, answered calls, missed calls, new callers, inbound calls, inbound talk time, outbound calls, outbound talk time, average talk time, ongoing calls and SMS received plus calls handled by each user in the group). There are as many group reports to choose from as there are groups set up.
- SMS Logs: View all SMS communications from/to Boom SIMs. These messages can be viewed and searched on a range of parameters including key-words and phrases.
- Group Overview: View all groups on the account and easily see who is in which group. Ability to drill down further and look at users within a specific group to see their calls stats
- Daily Automated Reports: The system can generate a daily report which is emailed out and gives an overview of call handling during the previous day.
- Easy provisioning of SIP phones through online interface with a market leading six step process for seamless set-up
- Service Reports: users can create graphs that show service activity based on time/date parameters and can further select this information by extension, number, or period comparison.
- Call and SMS recording: PCI/MiFID II for enhanced and encrypted voice recording.
- Mondago CRM Integration: supports integration with over 200 CRM, which allows users to answer, hang up and transfer calls using their mouse as well as click-to-dial from web pages, Outlook and Google contacts, plus IBM notes.
