The Boom Intelligent Mobile PBX service has been designed specifically to work with Boom’s Softswitch platform. This integration enables all Boom mobile SIM’s to be seen and act as extensions on a cloud PBX, with a full set of features normally only available on desktop Handsets.
The advantages of the Boom Mobile PBX services, is where traditional services end and the multi-interoperability features begin, providing worldwide differentiation for our Platform Partners.
With a Boom Intelligent Mobile PBX service, all company SIMs will act as extensions on the network thus enabling features such as hunt-groups and extension number calling as standard. Additional game changing Unified Communication features include, all calls and texts can be recorded along with access to the full Boom Management and Analytics Portal.
To support our mobile and text call recording we offer a number of SIM bundles with data and unlimited UK minutes and texts, all of which work on multiple UK networks (using the strongest network from O2, Vodafone and EE).
Recording fixed line communications are well established as an effective tool for businesses to help increase productivity, improve customer experience and meet a range of regulatory requirements. Regulations changed in 2011, meaning that mobile as well as fixed line communications relating to the sales of some financial products need to be recorded.
The Boom Mobile PBX call recording facility enables businesses to seamlessly record selective or all calls for their business along with recording SMS messages all securely stored in chronological order within the Boom Management and Analytics Portal. Users can select whether to enable PCI/MiFID II encryption at the touch of an icon within the portal. Both standard and encrypted recordings are stored for life and have unlimited storage capacity.

Boom SIM Bundle Packages
Multi-Network SIMs
Boom SIMs start on the O2 network as 3G and if there is no O2 coverage, they fail-over to Vodafone and EE, where they will support 4G. They support international roaming. There are two multi-network SIMs, dependent on the data requirement and bundled 01/02/03 and 07 minutes and texts:
1. 1GB of data, 1,000 call minutes and 1,000 texts per month
2. 4GB of data, 1,500 call minutes and 1,500 texts per month
