The view is the same depending on what hierarchy you are looking at. There is Platform Partner, Reseller and End customer view – regardless of which level of hierarchy you are viewing the portal – the look and feel of the navigation on the desktop and PBX is the same, however the presented functionality may change due to users’ profile and authorisation.

The Portal dashboard provides a high-level summary of resellers and customers, including all hosted, SIP Trunks, Extensions, Inbound, IVR and Voicemail services all in one place. All numbers associated with each account can be accessed, and provides a single snapshot of what customers have, what analytical information they have set up on their account and what mobiles services are set up.
